Can I contact you over the phone?
Yes! We can be contacted over the phone on 021 316 0000 during the hours list below:
Mon - Fri 9.00 – 5pm Sat 10 – 1pm

 

What email address should I use to contact you?
Our email address for all order or sales related enquires is: sales@stylelyf.co.nz We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours.

 

What happens if I forget my password?
No problem! Simply click on the ‘forgot password’ link next to the sign into your account box, and we’ll email you a reminder.

 

How long will my delivery take to arrive and how much does it cost?
Your order will be processed within 6 hours of receipt and if placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day. We usually estimate 1-2 working days for delivery. We charge by goods weight or number of units. You will know the charge when checking out.

 

What if I’m not in when my order is delivered?
If you’re not in when your order is delivered then a card will be left with options to track it.

 

What happens after I’ve placed my order?
After your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to you detailing your order, your order with then be processed at our warehouse and a second dispatch confirmation will be sent detailing approximate delivery times and tracking number if a tracked service has been selected.

 

Is my personal information protected and kept private?
Yes! Here at Stylelyf apparel ltd we like to ensure that our customers can purchase from us with confidence, which is why we will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters, entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address, post and telephone we may occasionally update you on news and special
opportunities via e-mail, post and telephone. 

 

How do I make a purchase?
Ordering from us is a simple, quick and easy process; simply navigate to the item you’re looking to purchase using one of the user-friendly interactive search functions, select your size and add to your basket, you will then be guided through our one step checkout process.


Do I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?
No. All the items are exclusive of any taxes.

 

How do I know what size I need?
We have a size guide on product page, please be aware that sizes vary from product to product. 

 

Is there a size guide on the site?
Yes! There’s a comprehensive size guide on all of our product pages with details on where to take your measurements and information on specific product sizing. This is constantly updated to cover new brand arrivals.

How will I know if an item is out of stock?
If an item or your size is currently out of stock you will not be able to add to cart.

 

Will the garments shrink in the wash?
The garments comply with the general performance standards in the clothing retail industry. Some shrinkage and twisting may occur after washing but will stay within the acceptable limits for dimensional stability performance. To minimize shrinking and twisting, it is recommended that the wash temperature does not exceed 40C in a standard or delicate washing cycle, and the garments are reshaped before drying on a line or flat. Hot washes and tumble drying is likely to affect the dimensional stability of the garments and may also cause fading of colour. For the sake of protecting the environment, we say: wash at 30C or below, do not tumble dry, line dry and only iron when necessary.

 

Are the T-shirts suitable for printing and decorating?
All our garments are reactive dyed and ready for decorating in a wide variety of screen printing techniques including discharge printing, heat transfers, sublimation printing and embroidery. The garments perform particularly well in digital direct-to-garment printing.

 

How often does stock get replenished?
All product lines are regularly replenished. We strive to minimize “out of stock” periods, however periodically, especially in high season, items may be out of stock for a period of time.

 

Can I return goods to you? What is your returns policy?
Samples are non-returnable. Faulty garments can be returned free of charge for a refund or exchange within 10 days of supply. Unwanted garments may be returned, subject to approval, within 10 days of supply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

 

What are your payment terms?
All new customers will be set up on a pro-forma basis, which means the cost of goods and transport has to be pre-paid before delivery. Established customers with a trading history are welcome to apply for credit facilities.

 

What are the minimums for ordering?
There are no minimum order quantities - you can order one garment (a sample). What are the minimums for bespoke manufacturing orders?
There are no minimum quantities of bespoke garments but there are some terms and conditions prior to order it. Please confirm prior to order at info@stylelyf.co.nz

 

What is the cost for bespoke orders?
All bespoke orders are quoted on the spot, individually, depending on the style and quantities.

 

How long does it take to receive a bespoke order?
It usually takes around 4-7 days to receive a pre-production sample for approval, although printed or embroidered samples may take a few days longer. Production will proceed once the pre-production samples have been approved. Production time ranges from 7 to 14 days for standard fabrics or 14 - 28 days for non-stock fabrics and garments that incorporate printing, appliqué or embroidery.

 

Can you do printing, embroidery, labeling and add swing tags with bespoke orders?
Yes, we run a high quality screen printing that is also certified to supply organic garments. The minimum print run is 300 pcs per print design. Embroidery service is also available in most cases. And yes, we do produce and sew in woven and printed labels, and attach swing tickets, etc.


Can you produce bespoke salesmen samples?

Yes! We do have the facilities to produce salesmen samples, ie. more than 1-3 pieces per style before we go to bulk
production.
